HESLB Mode of Application

The Board has since 2011/2012 academic year introduced an Online Loan Application and Management System (OLAMS) with the aim of simplifying and increasing efficiency of the loan issuance process.   Candidates wishing to apply for loans for the 2016/2017 application cycle are required to apply through OLAMS; print out the application forms and Loan Agreement, obtain appropriate authentifications, sign the forms, attach necessary documents and submit to the Board though EMS to:

HESLB - Application Deadline

The Loan Application cycle for 2016/2017 academic year will start in June 27th, 2016 and come to an end on July 31st, 2016. Applications lodged beyond this date shall not be honoured.

HESLB How to pay via MPESA

1. To get MPESA menu dial *150*00#

2. Choose option 4 for pay by MPESA (Lipa kwa MPESA)

3. Choose option 3 for Choose Business (Chagua aina ya biashara unayolipa)

4. Enter 8 for Education services (Ingiza 8 kwa huduma za elimu)

5. Enter 2 for HESLB (Ingiza 2 kwa HESLB)

6. Enter 1 for Reference number (Ingiza 1 kwa namba ya kumbukumbu)

7. Enter Account number (Ingiza namba ya kumbukumbu) which is your formatted 15 character form 4 index number e.g. S0143.0012.2009

8. Enter the Amount in Tsh. to pay either 30,000 or 10,000 based on your application category

9. Enter your 4 digit PIN number

You will receive a confirmation message from HESLB and a code number that you will use in the process of your application, the message MUST be kept safely until you use it in Online Loan Application and Management System (OLAMS).

KNOWLEDGE IS NOT POWER - IT IS A POTENTIAL POWER!

NOTE:-
1. Remember to have your guarantor's photo (passport size) and Voter's Card number.

2. Applicant Must also have a photo (passport size) & a Birth Certificate number.

3. The applicant's and guarantor's photo must be scanned in the dimension of (150px x 120px) and uploaded to their respective places.

4. Check your form properly before printing and edit errors; After printing you cannot edit the information.

Ikiwa umekosea kujaza fomu yako, mfano umekosea kujaza tarehe na mwaka wa kuzaliwa au taarifa zozote na tayari umesha print, unaweza ukaandika baarua yako ikieleza tatizo lako kisha ambatanisha na fomu ya maombi ya bodi ya mkopo baada ya hapo unaweza kuituma HESLB.
