Bodi ya Mikopo ya Wanafunzi wa Elimu ya Juu imetangaza orodha ya majina ya Wadaiwa Sugu ambao wamehitimu katika Vyuo mbalimbali vya Elimu ya Juu kuanzia mwaka wa masomo 1994/1995. 

Wadaiwa sugu hao wamepewa siku 30 kulipa madeni yao ndani ya muda huo, kabla hatua za kisheria hazijachukuliwa na wahusika kulazimika kulipia gharama za kuwasaka na kuendesha kesi.
