A. LAND MANAGEMENT, VALUATION AND REGISTRATION

(i) Basic Technician Certificate in Land Management, Valuation and Registration (NTA Level 4)

Possession of a Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) with passes not below ‘D’ in English and History and any other two passes in any subjects with exception of Religion and Nutrition subjects.

ARDHI INSTITUTE TABORA(ii) Technician Certificate in Land Management, Valuation and Registration  (NTA Level 5)

Possession of Basic Technician Certificate (NTA Level 4) in Land Management, Valuation & Registration, Land Surveying, Graphic Arts & Printing, Cartography, Law, Land Records Management, Urban & Regional Planning, Rural Development Planning,  Agriculture, Development Administration & Management, Community Planning, Community Development, Geomatics, Environmental Planning and Teachers grade IIIA certificates from any institution recognized by the Government education regulatory bodies. 
       OR
Possession of Advanced Certificates of Secondary Education Examination (ACSEE) with one Principal pass not below ‘E’ grade and at least one Subsidiary pass in any subject with exception of Religion, Nutrition and General Studies subjects.


B. CARTOGRAPHY

(i)  Basic Technician Certificate in Cartography  (NTA Level 4)

Possession of a Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) with a pass not below ‘D’ in Mathematics or Geography and any other three passes in any subjects with exception of Religion and Nutrition subjects.
       OR
A holder of NVA Level 2 Certificate (VETA graduates) in Information & Communication Technology and Civil Draughting with a Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) with a pass in either Mathematics or Geography.

(ii) Technician Certificate in Cartography (NTA Level 5)

A possession of a Basic Technician Certificate (NTA Level 4) in Cartography, Land Management, Valuation & Registration, Land Surveying, Graphic Arts & Printing, Photogrammetry, Urban & Regional Planning, Agriculture, Environmental Planning/ Management, Architecture, Geomatics, Information & Communication Technology, Civil Draughting, Civil Engineering and Rural Development Planning from any institution recognized by the Government education regulatory bodies. 
    OR
Possession of an Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (ACSEE) with one principal  pass  not  below  ‘E’ grade in either Mathematics, Geography, Agriculture, Biology, Physics, Economics or Chemistry and at least one Subsidiary pass in any subject with exception of Religion, Nutrition  and General Studies subjects.
    OR
A holder of NVA Level 3 Certificate (VETA graduates) in Information & Communication Technology and Civil Draughting with a Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) with a pass in either Mathematics or Geography.


C. GRAPHIC ARTS AND PRINTING

(i)  Basic Technician Certificate in Graphic Arts and Printing (NTA Level 4)

Possession of a Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) with a pass not below ‘D’ in Chemistry or Physics and any other three passes in any subjects with exception of Religion and Nutrition subjects.
         OR
A holder of NVA Level 2 Certificate (VETA graduates) in Printing, Painting & Sign Writing, Information & Communication Technology and Pattern Making with a Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) with a pass in either Physics or Chemistry.


(ii) Technician Certificate in Graphic Arts and Printing (NTA Level 5)

Possession of a Basic Technician Certificate (NTA Level 4) in Graphic Arts & Printing, Cartography, Land Management, Valuation & Registration, Land Surveying, Photogrammetry, Urban & Regional Planning, Information & Communication Technology, Painting & Sign Writing, Graphic Design, Printing, Fine Art, Architecture and  Advertisement Design from any institution recognized by the Government education regulatory bodies. 
           OR

ARDHI INSTITUTE TABORA - INSTITUTE FEES AND CONTRIBUTIONS FOR ACADEMIC YEAR 2018/2019

(i)The Institute is fully registered and accredited with the National Council for Technical Education (NACTE). Every student is obliged to subscribe TZS. 20,000.00 Annually as NACTE Quality Assurance fee.

(ii)Annual college fees and other contributions paid direct to the Institute for Basic Technician Certificate Courses (NTA Level 4) is as follows:
(a) On campus TZS 1,050,000.00 (TZS One million fifty thousand only)
(b) Off campus TZS   800,000.00  (TZS Eight  hundred thousand only)

(iii)Annual college fees and other contributions paid direct to the Institute for Technician Certificate Courses (NTA Level 5) is as follows:
(a) On campus TZS 1,250,000.00 (TZS One million fifty thousand only)
(b) Off campus TZS 1,000,000.00 (TZS One  million only)

NB: This includes fees and contributions paid to the Institute only. Other charges and contributions are stipulated in the fee structure hereunder.

(iv) NO CASH MONEY WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THE INSTITUTE, It should be paid through the National Microfinance Bank, Mihayo Branch, Tabora. Account name: Principal Ardhi Institute, Account No. 51001100026.

(v) A STUDENT SHOULD PRODUCE AN EVIDENCE CONFIRMING PAYMENT OF THE RELEVANT FEES ON ARRIVAL AT THE INSTITUTE. 
FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT FOR A STUDENT TO BE ORDERED TO RETURN HOME.

(vi)The fees may be paid in full or two instalments – See the fee structure attached herewith.

(vii)Fees paid will not be refunded if a student withdraws or leaves the Institute after registration.
