Bellow are The Deploma Courses offered:-

1. Telecommunications Engineering

Duration: 3 years
This course reflects the role of a technician with a range of telecommunications skills who can install and maintain enterprise network in emerging and converging technologies, optical and wireless equipment for high speed broadband network infrastructure, internet protocol (IP), MPLS based network telecommunications equipment, IP based networks in home networks and small and medium enterprises, telecommunications access network cabling and infrastructure, systems and basic customer premises equipment, assess installation requirements of converging voice, video and data IP networks, plan and performing installations, test installed equipment and fault find.

MINIMUM ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
To enroll in this diploma course, you need to have a minimum of Four(4) D - PASS in Mathematics and Science Subjects. In case you do not have the Minimum Qualifications, there is a bridging course of 8 weeks here at KIITEC.

FEES
The KIITEC’s actual fee is Tsh. 1,200,000/=
NOTE:
i. The mentioned amount paid by the students includes Tuition fees, Library fees, tea, coffee, and lunch during the semester period.

ii. Fee amount may be revised from time to time.

iii. Payments may be done in two installments

Duration: 3 years

Aims and Objectives of the program are to provide:
i. A sound and structured education in priniples, methods, and application of computer engineering systems.
ii. A range of personal skills sufficient to equip students with skill necessary for effective employment and self-employment in IT related areas.
iii. An exciting and challenging environment motivating students to realize their potential and equip them with the necessary skills needed throughout their career.

Aims and Objectives of This Course are:
i. Understand the main concepts of industrial process dynamics and the   necessary theory and practice for the design and operation of process   control   systems.This includes:
          * Process dynamics concepts associated with industrial process operation
          * Process control philosophies
          * Process control instrumentation concepts
          * Key operation concepts
          * Concepts of theory and design
          * Linear control systems
          * Computer-aided process operation
          * Process simulation
          * P&I diagrams
ii. Enhance practical skills in diagnostics and maintenance of electrical automation systems
