APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS Please attach the followings:
- A recent colored one passport size applicant photograph.
- For Clinical Officer Applicants: A Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) with four (4) passes in non-religious subjects including ‘D’ pass in Chemistry, Biology and Physics/Engineering Sciences and a pass in Basic Mathematics and English language is an added advantage.
- Original Bank pay in slip of a non - refundable application fee of Tshs. 30,000/= which should be deposited at CRDB Bank in account No. 0150355124600 with the name VICTORIA INSTITUTE OF HEALTH AND ALLIED SCIENCES.

- Diploma in clinical Medicine (Clinical officer) for 3 years
CLARIFICATIONS:
- Hostels for accommodation are available for both male and female students
- Breakfast and meals are served within the institute’s cafeteria at an affordable rate

Clinicians programs NTA Level 6
Clinical officers are among the first health-care cadres to come into contact with patients and clients. Our program aims at producing better trained clinical officers who should not only be effective in providing preventive, curative and rehabilitative services, but who should also be able to competitively access higher education.Course Duration & Eligibility:
1. Technician Certificate in Clinical Medicine
- Program Title: Clinical Assistant
- Course Duration: 2 Years
- Eligibility: Ordinary Level Certificate with Minimum Pass in Chemistry, Physics and Biology at least grade D or above, pass in English Language and Mathematics is an added advantage
- Carrier Pathway: A Clinical assistant can upgrade for one year and attain an Ordinary Diploma in Clinical Medicine
2. Ordinary Diploma in Clinical Medicine
- Program Title:Clinical Officer
- Course Duration: 1 Years
- Eligibility:Technician Certificate in Clinical Medicine
- Carrier Pathway: A Clinical Officer is eligible for a Degree in Medicine (MD or MBBS or MBChB)
